QUESTIONS / BOUNDARIES / FIT

Know what the work is and what it is not.

Clarity starts before an engagement. These answers make the offer, evidence standard, confidentiality boundary, and first decision visible.

01

What does Phillips Forge actually do?

Phillips Forge helps leaders improve consequential decisions, reduce organizational friction, strengthen readiness, and build capacity around work that matters. Engagements begin with one real strategic question, leadership challenge, security concern, transition, or recurring operating constraint.

02

What does security and readiness consulting include?

Phillips Forge helps defense, public-sector, community, and business leaders frame threats, examine vulnerabilities and dependencies, test plans through practical exercises, clarify crisis decisions, and prioritize responsible action. The work may concern people, facilities, operations, mission continuity, or organizational readiness.

03

Who is the work for?

The best fit is a leader or leadership team that owns consequential work, can describe what is happening and why it matters, and has enough authority to test a bounded change. Phillips Forge can work with an owner, a senior team, or a middle leader. Title matters less than ownership of the work.

04

What is Triple Point Leadership?

It is a Phillips Forge leadership philosophy and diagnostic. The physical triple point supplies the source image: one material can exist as solid, liquid, and gas under particular conditions. The organizational question is whether leaders can hold what must remain true, adapt how the work moves, and extend beyond normal boundaries when the mission requires it.

05

Is Triple Point a scientific or personality assessment?

No. It is not thermodynamics applied literally to people, a personality type, a numeric score, or a validated assessment. The metaphor makes the diagnostic intuitive. Evidence comes from the actual decisions, behavior, operating conditions, and consequences in the work.

06

How does an engagement begin?

Start with one decision that keeps returning, one challenge the leader owns, or one constraint the team keeps circling. The first conversation clarifies consequence, fit, authority, readiness, evidence access, and whether Phillips Forge is the right lane. It is a fit conversation, not a working session.

07

What does the work cost?

Phillips Forge uses fixed-fee scopes shaped around the actual challenge, participants, preparation, delivery, travel, customization, and evidence review. No public price is presented as a market-validated fee. An exact quote follows a qualified conversation and requires a written scope and terms.

08

What evidence matters?

Reaction is not outcome. Phillips Forge separates what people liked, understood, tried, changed, and sustained from what the business can responsibly attribute. The aim is a visible change in the work, with a benefit, tradeoff, signal, stop rule, and day-30 decision.

09

Why does Caleb's background matter?

West Point, nuclear engineering, Harvard, and leadership in a Special Mission Unit shaped how Caleb examines standards, systems, consequence, judgment, and people. The biography earns attention. It does not supply your facts or prove a business result. The work must stand on the quality of the questions and what changes in the organization.

10

What Phillips Forge results can you show?

Phillips Forge is early and does not present Caleb's prior experience as consulting proof. A first engagement should proceed only when the consequence matters, the scope is bounded, the evidence can be inspected, and the work product is worth the fee on its own terms.

11

How are confidentiality and sponsor access handled?

Payment does not create automatic access to private participant content. Sponsor purpose, participation, reporting, retention, and use are agreed explicitly. Private work remains private unless a different boundary is established in writing before the engagement.

12

What is outside the lane?

Phillips Forge does not provide guard services, legal or regulatory certification, classified services, stand-alone technical cybersecurity, law-enforcement authority, or emergency response. Acute misconduct, clinical needs, legal disputes, insolvency, restructuring, protected investigations, and employment assessment require the appropriate professional or organizational process.

START WITH THE WORK

Still unsure which path fits?

Start with one live constraint. The first conversation determines whether it belongs in a Leadership Intensive, team working session, Operating Reset, another intervention, or outside Phillips Forge's lane.
